SES provides electrical contracting services as the select electrical contractor serving the Arizona Mills property for Simon Property Group. The scope of work includes SES working with the onsite staff for capital upgrade projects, consulting for energy reduction ideas & implementation, electrical construction, daily electrical service (on an as-needed basis) and emergency repair services. Additionally, SES is recommended for electrical service and construction via the Arizona Mills, LLC. select contractor list provided by Simon Property Group to all existing and new tenants of the property.
