The Promenade @ Casa Grande

Spread over 120-acres, this project delivered the first regional shopping center to the city of Casa Grande, Arizona. In excess of 1.0 million square feet of retail and restaurant spaces exist in multiple buildings on the site; many of which are connected via walkways and covered trellis. With multiple stakeholders requiring input and demanding deadlines, scheduling, trade coordination and a logistics management were at a premium on this project.
