ASU Porter Lab Renovations

This 10,000 square foot project included all new offices and laboratories, including small pharmaceutical and clean room facilities. Work was executed in and around the existing facilities which could not be shut down completely. Coordination with all stake-holders was an absolute must in order to minimize disruption to the Owner's other tenants and to the on-going research of Porter Labs.
