SES has been contracted to provide electrical Job-Order-Contracting services for the all of the City of Goodyear facilities for all departments including but not limited to Aviation, General Government, City Hall, Water Services, Public Safety, Human Services, Cultural & Recreation and Transportation. The City of Goodyear is the namesake of Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company which established Goodyear, Arizona in 1917 when it purchased 16,000 acres to cultivate cotton for tire threads.  The City of Goodyear has a population of 65,275 according to the 2010 US Census and encompasses 116.5 square miles of land.
